At My Divan Bed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unassembled condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once the protective packaging has been opened.

  Ensure the divan base or headboard is securely repacked in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate a convenient date for our specialized furniture couriers to collect the items from your property.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
