What is included with a My Divan Bed set?
A standard divan set includes the upholstered base and the mattress. Depending on your selection, you can customize the base with various storage drawer options and add a matching headboard to complete the look.
How long does delivery take?
Most of our beds are handcrafted to order. Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 10 working days. You will receive a tracking link and a scheduled delivery window once your bed has passed quality control.
Do the beds come with a warranty?
Yes, all our divan bases and mattresses come with a comprehensive 12-month manufacturer warranty covering any structural defects or craftsmanship issues.
Can I choose the storage configuration for my divan base?
Absolutely. We offer several configurations including 2-drawer same side, 2-drawer end, 4-drawer, or Ottoman gas-lift bases for maximum storage capacity.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses can only be returned if they are unused and remain in their original, sealed plastic packaging.
Are the beds easy to assemble?
Yes, our divan bases are designed for simple assembly. The two halves of the base (for sizes Double and larger) easily clip together with provided U-clips, and the castors or feet simply push into pre-drilled holes.
